      There are across the board promotional raises with others with glowing reviews getting nothing. Who gets a "pay grade promotion" with no raise????

      Literally everything else. The culture is terrible and cliquey like high school. There is a very concerning lack of diversity. Where are the people of color and women? I think Chubb hires just enough to make sure it's compliant with employment laws.

      Pros

      Chubb is a wonderful company outside of SCI, people respect the company and the starting salary is high.

      Cons

      Long hours, management not seasoned, hard to hit plan when the system is not performing and the underwriters are overworked, billings are a mess, only a handful of people hit plan because they have cosmopolitan territories and/or they have a book roll that is their only means of new business numbers.
