      Pros

      Resources, equipment, talent, flexibility and respect are but a few of the reasons to work for Cisco. At Cisco, self-starters and self-directed employees manage to execute on tremendous projects with minimal management interference. It is a joy to work here.

      Cons

      A slow erosion of some of the company perks along with less recognition award has caused the morale of may old timers to decrease.

      Cisco empowers employees to be the best people they can be...personally and professionally. This company believes in growth and development, rewards and recognition and pay for performance. I am surrounded by intelligent, driven colleagues who challenge me to be my best self each day.

      Cons

      Cisco is a leader in telecommunications and technology. We sometimes miss the opportunity to come together in live meetings due to the recent downturn in the economy. However, because we specialize in some of the greatest virtual conferencing technology in the world, this downside is limited.
