      Perks, benefits, vacation plus, traveling, top tech labs

      Cons

      A lot of finger pointing, some people is recognized unfair, a lot of politics, lack of direction, managers are unfair, CISCO is more about of to be friend of your manager not real work, world life balance sucks people works about of 9 hours plus study = 12 hours per day

      Cons

      lacks of training for daily basis job, you will facing with CU and most the time without the proper training, there is not formal training, some engineers got promotions even if they do not deserve, not salary increase at anytime Cisco is based on job grades and there is not easy way to get a promotion, not clear about of the process to get a promotion

      Too many people, lost its human touch with employees, work life balance changed for bad. Had 6 new managers in 6 years, no way to grow within the company.
