Pros
Huge company with dominant market share. Good pay. Opportunity to have good work-life balance (though it depends on the position - avoid Technical Support or Field Delivery if this is important for you). Great benefits (car allowance, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
Cons
Very political company (at least in México). HUGE number of Management positions (at least 30 EVPs worldwide). Difficult to find the opportunity to explore different positions, although if you can find the position and if you are the chosen candidate, you do not need approval from anyone to move. Management needs to open their eyes and realize there is a lot of people doing NOTHING to contribute to the success of the company. The company needs to get rid of this lazy people.
