Pros

There is a lot of ethnic diversity and diversity of thought. There is still a feel of the "old boys club" though.

Cons

No matter what department or group that you are in, the employees are very cut-throat and will stab you in the front to get ahead.

Pros

Flexible working hours. Good working environment in terms of people and team work.

Cons

Wanted to do an internship with the regional investment advisor while also working part time as a financial associate. They didn't let me saying there would be conflict of interest.

Pros

- not long hours - can carve your own career path - jobs change every 1-2 years, giving you lots of different learning opportunities - benefits are great - lots of volunteer opportunities

Cons

- company not making a lot of $$ now - frozen salaries - little/no bonuses anymore - constant leadership change and changing priorities makes it difficult to have a clear vision of future.
