Pros

World class financial services company with numerous opportunities for professional and personal growth.

Cons

Compensation punishment for long term employees. Retaining top tier talent is not a priority. Compensation variances create an unlevel work environment.

Pros

Might be only place on wall street where you can have a job and raise kids Easy to move around from one business to another.

Cons

Too many people who are liability rather than assets. Headless chicken : Senior management seriously missing the drive. Too much of processes, which kills the creativity Significant brain drain in last few years
