Pros

Work Life Balance in my group was great, people were treated with a lot of respect and the team was very committed

Cons

Too many systems, very unwieldy and bureaucratic. People still thought they worked for Smith Barney and not Citi - which indicates that the culture was not fully assimilated through all the acquisitions

Pros

Low stress, decent pay. Easy to blend in and get complacent

Cons

Bad rep amongst other firms, and rightly so. Not the brightest people I've worked with.

Pros

Large bank Exposure Recognition if you move to a different bank Potential for professional growth(if you have a nice boss)

Cons

Late working hours - they pushed the car service to 10 PM so if we stay until 9 you're on your own. Poor benefits (poor array of choices in terms of medical)
