      Nice offices, good payment. The party for the end of the year is good. People organize activities to cheer the enviroment

      No training, no procedures. Leader don't guide, neither let you work. 0 guidance, day 1 you're on your own

      Really good market opportunity to tacle.

      Cons

      Clip promised the entire year of 2020 that my bonus would be a % of my annual salary. At the time of paying they paid less % than agreed. And told me that nobody would have received the new amount, which is a lie. Lots of things it was told before the hiring they didn't delivered. The people and culture team aren't worried about people and culture.
