      Great Company to work for with lots of opportunities to learn and grow

      Pros

      I am able to be involved in a lot of different projects being developed and produced. Being a startup, there is a lot going on and its very satisfying being an integral part of the process of growing the PayClip brand. As a company based in Mexico, it is also fun to get keep my Spanish conversational skills polished.

      Cons

      While it is very rewarding having so much under your control, sometimes a lot of work can come down the pipeline at the same time, with similar release date timelines. Things can get stressful and hectic balancing so many different responsibilities at once. Also, as a startup, a lot of work knowledge has yet to be documented. This is not an oversight however, as management is working very hard to keep up the documentation to the growth of PayClip, sometimes it just can't keep up.

      Pros

      PayClip is a place where you can be creative and have ownership. They encourage teamwork, and reward and recognize innovative ideas. I appreciate the trust and flexibility that I have with my schedule. At PayClip the culture isn't manufactured and it's not a contrived or forced "start-up" vibe. They have a very humble and sharp team. I'm encouraged by the direction of the company, and I'm excited by the 2018 goals.

      Cons

      We're a start-up. If you're not open to ambiguity, and you're nervous about writing your own script at work, than this could be the wrong place for you. Also, we're still working out how we mesh 3 different office cultures.
