      Pros

      Employees are generally great, very few people have egos and everyone is helpful.

      Cons

      The office environment is terrible. The lights are kept off and everyone sits in the dark. Theres is little to no company culture or socializing during the day. There are no clear goals. Team work is minimal. People are very isolated.
