      Pros

      Great life-work balance and learning experiences. My first 2 weeks here were like drinking from the firehose learning lots of things on flight but at the same time my opinion was respected and taken into consideration. Very open culture to suggestions and improvements.

      Cons

      Growing pains as we are bridging the point of small team to medium-large very quickly.

      - Startup culture, closeness with colleagues to make things happen and a huge potential in our existing markets.

      Cons

      Sometimes we get lost in translation (we love our Spanglish), this company is not for the faint of heart we change constantly and rapidly

      Pros

      -Work/Life balance - They respect your real life schedule and will allow you to work around your life instead of your life working around your job -Health Benefits - For a start up with less than 200 employees I would say they have very competitive health/dental/vision/life insurance/etc benefits and many options to choose from so you are thrown into a catch all policy -Work environment - It is extremely relaxed when you are at work, everyone trusts that you will do what you were hired for, no micro managing.

      Cons

      -Due to it's start up nature there is a lot of disorganization, but this has also allowed a lot of opportunity for innovation and problem solving to be developed amongst new and old hires alike. it's a positive within a con. -There are sometimes issues with communication due to the fact that a majority of the company is in Mexico, so it's very beneficial if you know Spanish and English.
