      Pros

      Clip represents a constant challenge and learning, it always require giving a plus in the daily activities but the amazing thing is that Clip recognize that effort by taking care of the employees, empowering people, creating professional development and the most important thing is giving the employees the opportunity of be part of a success history that helps thousands of little bussiness in Mexico.

      Cons

      If you are a person that don't feel comfortable with the constant change and urgency then Clip is not for you.

      Pros

      Amazing work/life balance Get to work with really smart, innovative people Solve hard problems All ideas are welcome in the work environment Get to really make a difference in people's lives Use the latest technology (if you want to try something new, you can) Lots of opportunities to truly make an impact Great Product/Project managers to work with Great health benefits/unlimited PTO/Work from home when needed Company is well funded and is growing fast

      Cons

      Normal startup stuff - We're working on redefining processes as we scale from startup to a mid-sized company. However, if you're into startups at all, this process is actually pretty fun even though it can be inconvenient.

      Great Company to work for with lots of opportunities to learn and grow

      Pros

      I am able to be involved in a lot of different projects being developed and produced. Being a startup, there is a lot going on and its very satisfying being an integral part of the process of growing the PayClip brand. As a company based in Mexico, it is also fun to get keep my Spanish conversational skills polished.

      Cons

      While it is very rewarding having so much under your control, sometimes a lot of work can come down the pipeline at the same time, with similar release date timelines. Things can get stressful and hectic balancing so many different responsibilities at once. Also, as a startup, a lot of work knowledge has yet to be documented. This is not an oversight however, as management is working very hard to keep up the documentation to the growth of PayClip, sometimes it just can't keep up.
