In our interview process, in the employment contract, and throughout on-boarding, we are transparent with our certification policy. If you have concerns, we encourage you to reach out to our People Services team at peopleservices@collaborativesolutions.com. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

This saddens us to see from a current employee, as we truly care about each of our Collabies. We encourage you to share your feedback with your manager, and even leadership, as it is always our goal to listen, answer questions, and calm concerns you may have, especially about Collaborative joining the Cognizant family of companies. We hope that in doing so, you’ll see that there is a clear direction that includes great opportunities for our Collabie family. Thank you.

Pros

Nil. Not Recommended to enter Graduate Program

Cons

- The HR do not consider your career aspirations. - Promised a training, but some people get pulled out of training to fit their client needs when there are so many people still on bench? Why never utilize the resources on bench? - Projects for graduates are bad - Create activities for everyone, but really the one enjoying the workplace and participating for these activities are the corporate team. Take a look at the pictures posted by the corporate team. Seems that only their faces appear on every event...While the rest barely enjoy their projects that is forcefully allocated to them. - Poor bonus
