      Pros

      You get paid on time, You have a cafeteria, A mini gym.

      Cons

      *Pride in fake values that even they don't believe, *If you're a language speaker that they need you get above minimum wage, if not we'll £7.50. *You're just a number, to the point that whole departments are made redundant and they expect you to jump to something alot worst (and make you think that they are helping you). * Be prepared for times like Christmas and New year's, department closes you get time off and paid but all from your holiday times and you have no choice about it.

      No flexibility, too strict for nothing, you are not treated fairly, management is bigheaded, will fire you to quickly if goals are not met within one week, does not give you chance to progress

      Pros

      Work From Home! No subways, busses or annoying long traveling experiences. Pick your own hours. Have nutritious food from home prepared. Easy going lifestyle. A different customer every time. Get to speak with lots of people, some interesting. Work on a supportive team with incentives and a path to more earnings and learning. And for me, a penthouse window office that I decorated myself!

      Cons

      Must be able to multitask, learn information quickly. Have lots of patience and professionalism. (Actually, these arent Cons per se, but they are essential to your success, or survival) Somewhat competitive environment
