Pros

Great pay, great people. The biggest pro is the fact that I have been able to move up in the company each year I've worked here. I started at Concentrix about 5 years ago as a call center agent. Within the first year I was moved into a supervisor position. Since then I was moved into a team manager spot and now I run a whole program.

Cons

There were some pay issues that lasted a couple weeks. It has since been resolved. The only other con is some of the employees are very negative, this is usually due to the fact that they aren't very good at their job and are on their way out. Which, really, in my mind is a pro.

Pros

I've worked at Concentrix, full time for over three years. I have been promoted each year, doubled my starting salary, and gained irreplaceable experience and knowledge of many industries. When accepting a position here, you are signing up for a great opportunity to work toward your career goals, if you are willing to work hard. Your colleagues are amazing sources of knowledge and, most, are willing to help you advance and grow. The people make it worth the usual company headaches and stresses of a high paced environment. Those who don't advance or succeed here are either, not dedicated and hard working, or do not have the skills and/or willingness to learn. Culture is great. Senior management are very invested in the staff.

Cons

Company politics get daunting as you advance closer to the top, as in any company this size. Rapid growth and less than stellar recruiting make for challenging periods while the proper teams are put in place. Brief period of payroll issues due to issues with a transition to a new platform (which was necessary due to the major growth the company is experiencing) however, the CEO and those involved made every effort to rectify as soon as possible. I knew staff who worked night and day, 7 days a week to rectify payroll issues in order to ensure employees were paid during the rough transition. Overall, cons are outweighed by the people who work tirelessly to fix whatever issues arise. Pay is below average, but recently improving in order to drive properly skilled employees.
