They pay great, are very concerned with you success.

Cons

Sometimes the system malfunctions, they change your direct manager too often. Once you get used to working with once person the change them. The schedules are set and can not be changed period.

Compensation & benefits. Autonomy to manage and lead. Quick to implement change, ability to launch campaign and new customers provided edge vs. competition.

Cons

Training program insufficient to deal with constant revolving of reps. Career pathing for telesales/support led to lower retention. Communication upstream and downstream slow.

Cons

Will not work with you once training is over. They threaten to cut you loose if you do not keep within the time frame to assist people. If you do not make goal, they pressure you into quitting instead of firing. They say it is a win win situation. It is not. It only allows them to say that they haven't had to fire anyone. It also allows them to get away with not having to offer unemployment benefits. They also offer you more training, but it is unpaid. You can go to training for 40 hours a week for 3 weeks.....unpaid. Not a win, win situation for the employee.
