Friendly people, meeting people from all over the world are the only pros, there isn't much else to recommend here.

Cons

Low pay, no raises. Any purchase order will go into a black hole never to be approved, regardless of justification or need. Managers/directors to not have approval over their own budget. Everything is done on the cheap. You will be micromanaged. The company does not make any charitable donations. Extremely high turnover.

concentrix offers great deals of opportunity aswell as great compensation for your hardwork but best f all if you are a newbie youd definitly get blown away by their training team who does an awesome job

Cons

the only set back with this company is that when they require you to work you only have a choice to say yes all the time

Pros

Concentrix overall is a great company to work for. They have programs available that you can work for and really make good money. Benefits are competitive, and HR staff is awesome.

Cons

There are managers who obtained their positions just by hanging out with their supervisors after hours and becoming very close friends. Some managers have no managerial experience but still get promoted to management without the skills needed to be a true leader.
