Pros

Work from home…. That’s about it

Cons

Management don’t care until it affects them. forced to do things that aren’t part of company policy or your contract (at least as far as I’ve read). When the COMPANY’s systems aren’t working, YOU are expected to fix it… unpaid. Upper management couldn’t care unless the numbers look right for them. Your experience as a customer facing employee is completely disregarded. Management harass you if you take more than 5 minutes closing an account and even after you spend 1-2 hours on a call they expect you to be done and on to the next customer instantly. (How am I supposed to write “clear and concise” notes about a call if I’m given no time to do so). If you’ve done EXACTLY what a customer asked and they’re really happy with their time on the call, management DO NOT CARE unless you’ve sold something and shoved 5 different overpriced products down the customer’s throat. Even if the customer states they’re struggling financially at the start of the call. You’re expected to sell to customers no matter the situation even when our product is vastly overpriced compared to the other networks.

Pros

Lots of leaves, at least 20 days/year Global secondment opportunity

Cons

No proper promotion process, all in black box and very subjective Too many showing off but none of them really working: very political, people choose to see whatever they want to see and simply ignore what's black and white in the document Salary pax below market level No bonus system: the success of the company/project is not relevant to the employees The interview is very messy nowadays: e. g. interviewer doesn't have tech knowledge but asks general questions during tech interview.

Concentrix Response

Thanks for your feedback. Although I love responding to the positive reviews here, it’s also incredibly important to know when someone has not had a good experience. Regarding promotions, Tigerspike has long history of both promoting people up through our roles and offering opportunities to broaden or switch roles into other areas. This is very much an ongoing situation with every employee, which is supported by regular 1-to-1’s with line managers to keep track of a person’s aspirations and to support them in getting them where they want to be. Of course, promotions are not always possible if there’s not a suitable role open to promote into, so (just like anywhere else) there’s never a guarantee of an immediate move. In your case, if you feel that you’ve not been the support I’ve described above then I’d urge you to reach out to one of your office’s senior leadership team - or me (our open culture means I’m happy to talk to anyone about their issues). If we know the detail then we can help!

Pros

The ONLY Pro is working from home. This place is so unorganized I can even think of another pro for this company. It's a rigged up company

Cons

They have horrible training it's not detailed. You are thrown on the floor with little to no floor support...Pay checks are constantly messed up due to issues with their system...I wish I would've stayed at my previous job a little bit longer
