Pros

Co-workers where good. Central Location. Just typing some more to meet the word requirement.

Cons

Absolutely everything else. This is the type of company that will willing let people fail upwards, actually encourages it. There where many more examples for colleagues that where unable to perform in their current role being promoted to management, then there where of people who were truly deserving of the role. Pay is terrible. Morale is worse. Senior management was useless. Management legitimately doesn't care about you, to them you are just a 'bums in seats'. You'd think it'd look good on your resume being able to put down the company you where working for, however the skills are a complete joke, and so is the company, at least previously you could put down IBM.

Pros

The pay is pretty good. That is about it.

Cons

I work under the Intuit QuickBooks Online contract. Intuit's slogan is that they care about their customers. That is ironic because working at/for Concentrix means that they do not care about you. Don't expect to move up unless you get in good with supervisors or upper management. There are definitely people who were moved up because they were someone's "favorite" and they don't know anything. Also the environment (where I am) is extremely negative. Get accustomed to changes because they happen all the time at a drop of a dime. Major changes that means you may and or may not have a job.
