Pros

Connexus is the best remote job I have ever worked for because they recognize and reward your hard work, They have awesome leadership and they train you and make sure you are trained well in any project you work on. You have opportunities to succeed further in the company as well. They offer great benefits PTO/401. I love the flexibility my manager provides when I need anything. I am able to communicate openly, and my feedback and opinions matter.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides of working for Connexus because I don't have any downsides since I have been working for them. I have been working for the company for 2 years and don't plan on searching for work any where else.

They are thorough and really are helping the members and good training before taking calls.

Cons

No pay raise in almost 2 years yet required to do more work as they train as you go on other abilities with taking calls and members needs
