Pros

stable job, okiesh benefits and a big name in the industry still. will get you exposure to big projects and deep insight into the industry.

Cons

training and technical development seldom happen. salaries unless you from the head start get hired with a good one will not be adjusted as they promise. so you will likely get promoted and retain the same salary. HR definitely not transparent enough. basically, they hire you to become a very involving gear....that is bound to rust.

Pros

Good, smart colleagues Travel to Germany Some exciting, challenging projects Learn good processes, software tools

Cons

Not easy to move up ladder for technical (non-management) Many projects led out of Germany Recent frequent reorganizations, new management doesn't know developers' backgrounds Developers don't have much say on new projects Management makes decisions with big impacts on developers, and developer must just accept Pay is lower than what OEM (Ford, GM, etc) provides

Pros

=> Joined in pandemic time, Good experience as virtual joining. => Good Work Environment in the sense of colleagues. => Work-life balance is I can say excellent. => Possibility for Technical discussions => Nice Workplace.

Cons

=> Learning is possible only if you are willing to spend time on it, try to Involve in the process. (i.e., Nothing from your work. If you are giving time to assigned work only, you will get just system knowledge) => Don't expect best hikes until 2 years in Conti.
