Pros

Good, smart colleagues Travel to Germany Some exciting, challenging projects Learn good processes, software tools

Cons

Not easy to move up ladder for technical (non-management) Many projects led out of Germany Recent frequent reorganizations, new management doesn't know developers' backgrounds Developers don't have much say on new projects Management makes decisions with big impacts on developers, and developer must just accept Pay is lower than what OEM (Ford, GM, etc) provides

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
