      Pros

      Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend. The job is super easy. Anyone and everyone can be hired.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. The 3 day weekends that you work are brutal. They are super strict with attendance, and do not accept Dr Notes. It does not matter. They have "favorites." It's best not to get caught up with one, bc they will choose them over you every time. They really will hire anyone. You do not need to be smart to work there.

      Pros

      Steady work environment, not big surprises, "humane" in general. It is perhaps good for career starters to get an introductory experience

      Cons

      Not easy to climb up the ladder without vitamin B, people can get "lost" in such big organisations. Also due to its reputation it might be hard to get an opportunity at first place.
