      - Great environment. - Flexible working hours. - Very stable company. - Great compensation bonuses.

      Cons

      - Salary is not the greatest in some positions. - Promotions are not that easy to achieve. - Employees coming from other companies are sometimes valuated more than local ones.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, the hybrid positions are fantastic for work-life balance, and the technical challenges are fun.

      Cons

      For the last six years, the company has experienced considerable instability, mainly due to the executive boards and their current reorganization. Also, they refuse to implement remote positions for some roles.

      Pros

      Very good company, almost all colleagues are friendly but if you have good luck your teams will boost your career. This is my experience of 8 years working on different projects.

      Cons

      Recent leadership promotions doesn't know how to lead with the continental values, they seem they are old School, what did they learn recently? ... Ohh I know, they are just 5 years of experience as good engineers but with no leadership background, they are killing motivation of the good engineers.
