      Lots of work, but no change

      Pros

      Fast paced, high volume work with multiple customer bases.

      Cons

      Most of the people there are unhappy and it shows. It's very hard to be motivated at a company with such a negative employee culture. The basis of most of the production is of the mindset to make everything just good enough to get it out the door as soon as possible. Quality is sacrificed for volume of work. Also, very little room for advancement unless you want to move to China.

      Big Culture Change since the arrival of new CEO, Dr.Degenhart

      Cons

      Still some old school "Finance/Control" Freaks out there, especially in some divisions, but hopefully they will be replaced and number will decrease over time. On top, difficult still to make transverse career moves as company was still focusing on employing specialists for every position (e.g. HR VP comes from HR Community, CFO comes from Finance Community etc.)
