      Pros

      freedom to excel. The company knows you are talented or they would not have hired you. So you have the freedom to excel and get the job done. There is no micromanaging in the department that I work in.

      Cons

      communication- The upper management is a quiet person and does not discuss much - business wise or personal.

      Stable. Well paid. Many chances for young employees.

      Cons

      Working condition is quite differ from department to department. Some departments might provide ideal working condition while some others are just ridiculous. Life balance can be endangered. (You have to stay at office until 1AM just to please boss) The performance evaluation is quite subjective, not organized and depends only on how much they are loyal to managers.
