      Work in R&D department for more than 7 years as developer, team leader and PM.

      Pros

      Multi-culture environment with possibility to work with excellent engineers and it is the nice first step for graduate.

      Cons

      20%-30% salary lower than the market with the similar experience, especially in Changchun. Even in other location like Shanghai, Romania, its salary is not competitive at all.

      Financially Strong Company, Good people but HR support is severely lacking

      Pros

      Successful company, very international, good opportunities (if your boss supports you), very skilled people, good compensation.

      Cons

      Very centralized, little cooperation between departments, No HR support (little training, no career follow up, poor recruiting, HR is completely disconnected), Company is struggling to define a culture. It is good work there as a start but you might quickly find the limits.

      Great colleagues always willing to help. The company is developping lately, so you might get the opportunity to work on a new project, which will teach you a lot.

      Cons

      Poor Management, and usually you have to give a lot, especially if you are single. Getting more responsabilities is easier if you are in a relationship or married.
