      as a machenical graduator, its a good chance to work in a German company. In the company, you can learn their working attitude and style.

      Cons

      1. English is needed; 2. Open minded is needed; 3. Hardworking is needed; 4. Boss who appreciates you is needed; 5. Good Chance is difficult to get. Just wait and hope!

      Pros

      Working conditions were good, not too much stress, young team Good training possibilities, flexible working schedule, decent management team Very few cases of required overtime Training and trips outside the country (mostly Germany)

      Cons

      Limited career opportunities, no real opportunities to access a job in other Continental offices (in Germany for example) A "wall" between the colleagues in Germany and the ones in rest of the world, you feel the separation for all decissions
