Too political. It's embarrassing watching senior management manoeuver around each other to the detriment of the business.

Good company which carries out interesting work on behalf of wide scope of clients. Provides broad and high end consultancy for a real turnkey solution.

Cons

Suffers from a lack of real like for like competition in the market and therefore hasn't had to compete in terms of market share or price. Needs to develop its consultancy area to a tiered proposition
