From entry level to senior level, the creatives on the team are wonderful, talented people and anyone would be lucky to work with them.

Cons

Creative management creates an uncomfortable environment by telling employees they're not required to pay them a living wage, making inappropriate comments about people's personal lives, and constantly creating manufactured urgency through poor planning.
