Honestly… the discount. That’s it.

Cons

So many- worked like a dog, management on any level doesn’t care about staff, left because of homophobia from management and even the corporate HR team didn’t care and tried to validate their actions when I brought the issues to them. Nobody at this company is looking out for you. It’s a BIG company, so they don’t care for the little guys running the stores.
