Working team on the ground is incredible. Extremely smart and collaborative. Free shoes

Cons

Leadership takes credit for successful moments and does not recognize the working team through higher compensation / career advancements. Growth is extremely slow for the amount of success the team has. Leadership does not listen to working teams and causes more chaos than providing helpful advice.
