The coworkers that are great. Making a connection with a customer that are friendly and that appreciate and welcome your help. Being able to help a customer find what they need or what they were looking for.

Cons

Not feeling appreciated or valued by management in the company even after you've been reliable and you've worked there for a few years and given it your all. Managers playing favorites. Some rude customers that ignore your efforts to help them or act like they're too good to even talk to you.
