      Unrealistic expectations, senior leadership disconnected from reality in stores, burnout is real issue for all associates in the field, no room for growth opportunities, senior leaders need to have more diversity from other companies/experience because they all are friends and worked together for a very long time and is holding crocs back from growing due to nepotism, protection and judgement.
