Pros

I was able to make my own schedule for the most part. I managed all shifts in their 24/7 facility. This allowed me to come in early and leave early or come in later in the day.

Cons

Was on call 24 hours. Corporate had a lot of management changes. This was in going until the day I left the company. It made everyone feel uneasy when HR would be onsite.

difficult management could never call out if sick without a note had to bombard customers the second they came in and constantly check on them which would get them mad constant lectures about not doing well even when you were
