Pros
After working for TMTI for over 3 years, I've seen the business grow from what was already an established company. I've worked at several contact centres during my career but TMTI is by far the best and most relaxed. Yes of course you're targeted as you are in all companies but this is a lot less strict than other contact centres and you have the opportunity to do digital work as well as inbound technical support calls. As long as you assert yourself then there is plenty of progression and rewards.
