My colleagues were always easy to work with/get along with. the hours were flexible, discounts and free shoes every quarter

Cons

No 2ICs, no room for moving up in the company, I feel like they didn't really check in on managers properly as some of the managers were pretty terrible at their jobs and never seemed to be reprimanded for it

You are on your own. No questions asked. Just do your own work.

Cons

Deicisions controlled by a few top executives. Either you oblige or you are gone quickly. You need to be liked by top mgmt, otherwise you are ostracized and out you go. Claim to be open, but in fact things are hush-hush confidential, keep in the dark. Mgmt do not walk the talk. Cover-ups from real facts are common. Poor communications. Demoralised employees.
