never got my two 10 min breaks, was not scheduled to work my last two weeks, had to wait till payday to get my final check both times I worked their, and was give two days notice they were closing the location I worked d at causing me to not have a job nor time to look for one.

The only positive thing I can say about this company is about my co-workers: they were all great people and fun to work with.

Cons

Initially, the training was good -- great, in fact. However, I soon discovered when I began working full-time, the company was full of false promises. There was no sense of progression (as a company) or any sense of recognition (for the employees). Senior management was scatty and difficult to get hold of if one had a query or concern.

- during the spring and summer free ice cream Thursdays - softball league - beer bashes

Cons

- lack of leadership, however, it appears that is changing under Blackstone - hard to sell products w/o advertising in paper, magazines & TV. - dislike older employees, they want to dump them.
