Pros

The shoes are great, 9 out of 10 orthopedics will recommend crocs to their patients, It is a fun company,you meet all sorts of people, and the discount for employees are great 50% off.

Cons

The company gives you no benefits anymore. And they offer health insurance only if you pay for it, management communication is either not there or they have a major issue in communicating with each other.

Once there was a manager set in place, the store began to thrive! The manager hired by Croc's was nothing short of amazing and helpful! She came in and turned the store and the employees around! She began the hiring process immediately.

Cons

When hired, there was not a store manager set in place. The store was ran by elder employees, who, inevitably quit within my few few weeks of working there. A new manager was set in my second month of employment. There was so much disorganization in the store and no one knew how to properly run store. There were only 4 employees working the store; all of which were hired part-time, but working full time hours to cover the shift.
