Great atmosphere, but not enough communication with the lower management

Crocs has many compensations, including great pay and bonuses. The customers and atmosphere are great and always are definitely worthwhile.

Cons

However, there is lack of communication with upper management. When there is communication, it is unclear as if the DMs and RMs aren't really sure what they're trying to convey.

Zero hour contracts. No training. They think they are above the law I.e sacking people on the spot.
