We were all in this start up together and pulled together when we needed to. Financially rewarding and good benefits.

Cons

Too many cooks in the kitchen, decision makers too inexperienced. Bot too big too fast.

Integrity of management is questionable Board of Directors and senior leadership team are "good ol' boys club" from a common background CEO changes his mind frequently and no one will make a decision without his approval
