Pros

-Free on-campus gym (treadmills, free weights, ellipticals etc.. even free workout classes during the day) -50% off everything they make plus $50/quarter toward shoes -9/80 program (work 80 hrs in 9 days and get 10th day off) -Discounted, catered meals each day

Cons

There is currently a lot of frequent turnover in the upper management. For a company that believes in bringing fun, color, and innovation to the world's feet there sure isn't much color around the majority of the building interior. Most work places are decorated in muted greys and whites. The office spaces could be more fun and colorful for sure.

Pros

We were all in this start up together and pulled together when we needed to. Financially rewarding and good benefits.

Cons

Too many cooks in the kitchen, decision makers too inexperienced. Bot too big too fast.
