Quantitative analysis is key to convincing management why anything should change. Totally casual attire and the cafeteria in the Niwot offices is very nice.

Cons

You are micromanaged to a certain extent.

- A lot of freedom in terms of scheduling - All hiring decisions were your own - Responsible for EVERY aspect of your business - Location was yours to run with minimal oversight - Special events were a ton of fun

Cons

- Product arrived after start of season (mammoths came in late November, Athens not until May) - Focused too much on Kiosks when in-lines could have been phenomenal - Unable to order your own product, relied on what the warehouse shipped out - Sometimes difficult to juggle on-site and off-site storages - High turnover due to low pay for hourly - Jibbitz, Jibbitz everywhere!
