Competitive pay. Decent low cost insurance.Fun atmosphere. Great staff. Awesome discount. Fantastic work/life balance.

Cons

It's a very young company so "structure" is an ongoing process, which can be confusing at times for people who come from more organized companies. Standards, time frames and things like that are not enforced and you'll hardly ever see a DM.

Poor poor management, one is one the same page. The DM in my area was out of touch with his stores. You can't run a full price store the same as an outlet , nor can you expect them to bring in the same amount of money and etc.
