Free plastic shoes and casual dress code Decent location in Tokyo Cool people

Cons

Worrible management and no support from corporate. Even with all the new products that are available, people still think of sandals with shoes on it, when they hear Crocs Sales team is a joke. They consist of college dropouts that never really experieced a real company Blaming people is the culture here. Everyone is too scared to take responsibility so always pointing fingers HR doesn't even exist. Company is run by fear and intimidation. No clear strategy

My store manager, the products, and the people I worked with.

Cons

The new upper management treats you like dirt. Once they don't like you for any reason whether it is personal or work related you are let go. Ethics are at a long time low. Their work creed is a lie. Won't ever go back to another crocs and neither will family or friends.
