Loved the people I worked with-- everyone was kind, collaborative, hard working, and talented.

Cons

Political-- people nice to your face but aren't sincere. People willing to throw other people under the bus to advance. Not interested in mentorship or coaching-- expect you to hit the ground running and not ask for guidance.
