Pros

Collaboration is highly encouraged, and everyone has a great attitude. You can tell that people truly love Crocs as a product and company and it adds to the positive working environment.

Cons

Certain high level leaders seem to play a lot of games with decisions based on ego's amongst them, versus what may be best overall for the company to move forward. There is often a lot of butting heads, which can be frustrating when the company is rapidly growing and changing

Pros

Easy to sell product due to marketing. Great co-workers minus a few. Decent pay and good benefits. Management is hourly so there is overtime.

Cons

Toxic leadership wrought with alterior motives, hidden agendas, lack of experience and skills. The company lacks respect for employees, denies the root of problems and nearly always goes to "employee selling behaviors" as the issue when inventory and other corporate issues are the real problems. HR does not function to resolve issues, but to protect corporate and their favorites. Constant turnover due to pressure from corporate leads to a constant need for overtime from managers and constant hiring and recruiting.
