Worst upper management (for retail) in any company I have ever worked for. The Store Managers are all bullies- who can’t do their own jobs.

Cons

The job is labour intensive and often you're expected to be on your feet in the store for hours on end attending to customers or restocking merchandise. Employer was sometimes a bit rude to staff too. Not a great environment to work in.
