Lack of direction of the company by senior management leaves store employees guessing daily. Poor internal communication and continuously makes the same mistakes over and over.

Easy work. Met a lot of fun people to be around. Excellent work/life balance.

Cons

Area Manager was way too inexperienced. Couldn't get answers from him when needed. Shipments of product made little sense. 3-5 shipments a week was more than enough.
