Beautiful Offices, staff members are usually very friendly, there are a few great customers to interact with. If you want a job where you show up and do what you are told (and you don't want to think), this is the place for you.

Cons

Company doesn't grow; leadership and teambuilding are just lip-service; an environment that doesn't trust people so is very controlling and micromanaging; Values are spoken about often, but not put into practice.

Hours are reasonable and nice offices. Work-life balance is okay, but leadership is lacking in terms of the company owners.

Cons

Unless you are related to the owners or family friends, job security is lacking and salaries are low. This is a very political atmosphere so beware.
